I、entrusted transportation

The shipper shall provide the company name, registration number, and address of the true sender / consignee on the official website of Shenzhen Dovell International Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as this Division, Division I, Dovelll Logistics, Dovell International Logistics), at the time of commission, the shipper shall provide the true company name, registration number and address of the sender / consignee. Telephone, contact, name, quantity, weight, volume, place of receipt, etc. Special and sensitive goods (liquids, powders, batteries, ink cartridges, etc.) shall be consulted before entrustment if they are acceptable for shipment. If a MSDS, certificate is required, it shall be prepared by itself before shipment, and the MSDS and shipping certificate shall be a valid certificate signed and issued by a third party qualification certification institution. The shipper shall not carry contraband, flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, corrosive or other sensitive articles. In the event of loss caused by carrying such articles, the department shall have the right to claim compensation from the shipper.


II、Agent for import, export and customs declaration

The shipper may arrange the customs declaration on its own. If the self-owned document is entrusted to our company for production, the document shall be prepared as required and delivered to our company on or before the closing date. If the agent is entrusted with the agency for export/ import, the agency agreement shall be signed, and the department shall arrange the/ import document before shipment and declare it. The information and data provided by the client must be true and accurate, such as false declaration or omission, and the shipper shall be liable for compensation; if the goods of the shipper are damaged or lost or are not subject to the penalty or other economic loss, the Division shall not make compensation.


III、goods packing

The shipper may arrange the customs declaration on its own. If there is no IPPC mark and is returned by the customs, the company shall not pay compensation. The outer packing of the goods should be printed (pasted) marked or marked. For air transport of goods with batteries, battery labels shall be affixed to the outer packaging. Shipping bulk cartons, the outer packaging must be marked or marked clearly different from others.


V、cargo work

The Division is responsible for the delivery or delivery of the goods, and the responsibility for loading and unloading shall be borne by the shipper or the consignee. Even if the Division assists in handling, the resulting personal and property damages are not related to this Division. To entrust the Division to install/ discharge the goods, it shall be informed of the specific conditions and requirements of the installation/ discharge of the Division before the commission so that the Division is ready to be prepared in advance
VI、duration of transport
The Division agrees with the shipper and allows for an extension of time due to other unforeseen or special reasons.
